Silentium Defence is expanding across the UK and Europe and is seeking an experienced Commercial and Capture Lead to drive our commercial, contractual and capture activities. This role sits at the centre of our growth strategy and will lead commercial engagement across Defence, Government, critical infrastructure and partners.
Working directly with the CEO, you will oversee capture strategy, contract negotiations, commercial governance, partner agreements, security management and business growth initiatives across the entire opportunity lifecycle. Your impact:
About you:
You are excited by the opportunity to be part of a team establishing a new entity with a global defence technology product. You will have a background in commercial or capture management within the Defence industry or Government contracting. You have strong experience in contract negotiations, estimation, partnering strategy and ecosystem development. Ideally, you will have awareness of security and compliance.
